FlexPilots Aviation Services provide the link between talented, experienced and motivated pilots from all corners of the planet to airlines and other aircraft operators in the United States.
With the increase demand of experienced aviators in the US, many operators now have the opportunity to explore possibilities for hiring pilots overseas. FlexPilots will assist in locating, pre-screening, interviewing and connecting the candidate with the airline or aircraft operator in the US. Once the candidate is selected, FlexPilots will be in charge of all immigration procedures, license conversion (if required), relocation, etc.

For Pilots:
Phase 1: Pilot Pre-screening
Initially pilots will be pre-screened by FlexPilots Aviation Services. Once you are selected by our recruitment team we will conduct a virtual interview to learn about your goals, expectations, answer your questions and explain the process in more details.
Phase 2: Initial referral to the airlines
Selected pilots will be referred to the airline and/or aircraft operator in the United States. This means the pilot will participate in the interviewing and hiring process. In most cases, the process is identical to any applicant in the United States.
Phase 3: Job Offer
Once the pilot is selected by the airline/aircraft operator he/she will be offered a Conditional Job Offer (CJO). In most cases the CJO will require the candidate to present documentation stating that he/she is legal to work and live in the United States and he/she holds the appropriate FAA License and Medical certificates.
Phase 4: Immigration and Licensing Requirements
Once the pilot receives the CJO, our attorneys will start the process for acquiring the appropriate work visa (Permanent Resident Card). This phase will average about 12 months from the date of filing to the day the appropriate work authorization is issued. During these 12 months, candidate should also start the process of converting his/hers license to FAA.
Phase 5: Employment and Training
The airline/aircraft operator will be notified that all the conditions of the CJO have been met. The airline/operator will schedule a hire date for the pilot to start his/hers activities with the new employer.
Minimum requirements for pilots:

10 years aviation experience or 5 years if candidate holds a bachelor degree or higher
